• Incorporation of legal entities in Cyprus, drafting and reviewing memorandum and articles of association and conducting due diligence process on Cypriot companies;

• Conducting company administration (including calling and holding meetings, drafting resolutions and corporate authorisations), and in particular being in charge of a group comprising of 10 companies;

• Undertook transfer of the registered seat of companies to and from the Republic of Cyprus (redomiciliation);

• Undertook a Due Diligence Exercise and risk assessment with respect to non-performing loans (“NPL”) and their collateral package that were the subject matter of sale by a Cypriot Banking Institution (1st NPL disposal).
